Broadhay is a semi-detached farmhouse on a working livestock farm a mile from Hathersage. This wonderful county property has a double room, a twin room which can be offered as a king-size double if required, and a king-size double with en-suite which can be set up as a twin by prior arrangement. There is also a shower room on the ground floor, along with a kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room with electric fire and a sitting room.

Outside is off road parking and a garden area to the front and side. Broadhay is perfectly placed for enjoying this lovely part of Derbyshire, with great walking, stately homes and pretty villages to explore. Accommodation Summary Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x double with basin, 1 x twin (zip/link, can be king-size double on request) with basin.

Ground floor shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with breakfast bar. Dining room with electric fire. Sitting room. Facilities Oil central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Front and side garden with small patio, lawn and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Cottage accessed by a steep unmade track. Note: Clay pigeon shooting must be pre-booked with the owner.

Note: Check-in 4pm. Please note: maximum 6 people allowed, including any infants. Please note - You are welcome to charge your electric car however, it is £5 per charge per car. Please note: this is a fully working farm and, for health and safety reasons, the owners would politely request that you only use the property premises and garden during your stay.

Walking on the fields is prohibited due to the use of farming vehicles throughout the day.
